Here is how it should work. Open both the video and the powerpoint. The video provides both the narrative of the lecture, as well as guidance on when to advance the slides. Unfortunately, we had audio trouble on the first two days, so videos are either absent or with poor audio quality. We regret this. Moreover, we only changed to the larger video format after a couple of days. Finally, some lectures are missing either powerpoints, videos, or both. In some cases, the speaker has asked us to not distribute files, as unpublished or otherwise privileged data were presented. In some cases, speakers have edited their powerpoint to remove unpublished data. Finally, there are cases where my own negligence resulted in a failure to capture the data correctly. We nevertheless hope you find this resource useful. We would be happy to hear from you if you do. But we invite all criticism, positive and negative.
